Jrun.dll and IIS (W3SVC) problems.
I installed ColdFusionMX7 and then uninstalled ColdFusionMX7 on a
Windows 2000 PC. The uninstall was done using the ColdFusion uninstall
process. Because I tried to use the Windows Uninstall process and it
was hanging.
When I installed ColdFusion, I had Norton Antivirus and ZoneAlarm up.
After I uninstalled ColdFusion, IIS will not come up.
I removed the .jsp, .jws, .cfm, .cfml, .cfc, .cfr and .cfswf from the
Default Web Site Home Directory Tab Applications Mappings.
The error message received was: The HTTP Filter DLL
C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\lib\wsconfig\1\jrun.dll failed to load. The data
is the error.
The error message is associated to the W3SVC.
I would like to have ColdFusion completely removed.
Is there any other location where the jrun.dll is referenced?
Thanks.
