Jumbled Text in converted File
I'm a new ID user - still working on converting PM7 files. I have a label document created in PM7. Converted it to ID CS 3.0.1, no problem, a week ago. Today when I open the file, text in several of the text frames (but not all!) is jumbled - too large, overlapping characters, and not displaying in the correct font. I've checked, and all text settings - kerning, leading, etc., are all correct. I created a style that incorporates the type attributes I want (exactly as they appear to be set in the weird text), and when I apply the style, the problems disappear. This is the second file this has happened with.
Has anyone else had this problem? I looked through some of the topics first to see if anyone had already talked about this issue - if I missed it, apologies in advance.
Thanks,
Sarah
