Default Jump Menu Magic in Library Item

I have searched the Project VII website but could not find an answer there...

I have the Jump Menu Magic extension installed. I have created a jump menu,
and added the menu as a Library Item. When I open the Library item & try to
make a change to it, I cannot get the "PVII Jump Menu Magic" panel to open when
I click the "PVII Jump Menu Magic" Event in the Behaviors Panel (next to the
"onChange" action). I can manually edit the List Values, to make my change, but
I understand from the documentation that I should not do changes this way.

Does anyone know why the PVII panel will not open when the menu is a library
    item?
    Thanks.

No .. but your best bet is to ask the PVII forums .. if you pose the
question . . I guarantee someone will answer it within a couple of hours.
