just a problem with me or a bug...
I'm finding that when I put an empty keyframe and then put an action in it,
if I DON'T put another empty keyframe in the next frame then the actions are
carried over to every frame after it. If I look at the supposedly "empty"
frames there is no AS there...but if I highlight the "blank" action panel
there appears to be something there...odd and weird.
