Default Just a question

let;s say that you have to type several domain (nhl.com, google.com ..etc)
:8000 all the time. it;s a pain in the @ss
the company I work for needs to type the domain + :8000 for every domain we
host. so i would like to know if it;s possible
to create a html with a text field (form) and plus a buttton called submit.
basically i put nhl.com then click submit then a internet
explorer page opens and put http://nhl.com:8000 . it's kinda of a shortcut and
easier for me

is it possible
