Default Keep Format Centered with diffrent res.

Im creating a website which as things centered and left aligned and is aligned
with an image above but when I look at it with my 1280X1024 Screen resolution
it looks perferct but when someone looks at it with 800X600 its off and does
not look correct. Is there a way to keep it all aligned and the same when
looking at it in diffrent resolutions?
