Keyboard Shortcut Question
According to the Keyboard Shortcuts at <http://user.fundy.net/morris/downloads/Photoshop7HotKeys.pdf> , the use of the Shift key with the # keys 1-9 should adjust the flow of the airbrush tool, but the # keys by themselves do that.
Concurrently, while in Airbrush tool mode, you can adjust the Flow with the # keys, but CANNOT thereby adjust the opacity...
Is this just some weird preference snafu on my system, or does anyone else experience the same result, and if so, what keyboard shortcuts adjust Opacity while in Airbrush mode?

Re: Keyboard Shortcut Question
My guess? Bug.
Here's what the help file says under Windows Shortucts|Painting:
"Sets opacity, tolerance, strength, or exposure for painting mode"
Any painting or editing tool + number keys (e.g., 0 = 100%, 1 = 10%, 4 then 5 in quick succession = 45%) (For Airbrush, use (symbol for Shift Key)+ number keys)
I tried it, using shift plus number keys both on main keyboard as well as on numeric keypad while Airbrush is toggled - nuttin'.
Peace,
Tony

Re: Keyboard Shortcut Question
Hmmm, on the Mac (PS 7.0.1/OS 9.2.2)...
With Airbrush selected, number keys adjust flow, SHIFT + number keys adjust opacity.
Odd disparity.

Re: Keyboard Shortcut Question
Score one for the Mac crowd, then!
Take 2 points away from Adobe's crew for this screw up tho' (Not counting the stupid new redesign of the site...bright blue my behind! Why don't they work on the PRODUCT instead of screwing with the website???)

Re: Keyboard Shortcut Question
I talked to Chris (maybe Barry) about this quite some time ago and he said that the limitation (i.e. works on the Mac, not PC) was due to complications with implementing the feature on the PC - whatever that means :-). Presumably it was either very difficult or not possible, for whatever reason, to get these keys to work on the PC.
OW: I will update the PC key chart.

I think they are. There are different people who do each. I doubt adding a web developer to the programming team would move things along any faster.

keyboard shortcut question
I have ID CS and the keyboard shorcut for scaling objects and text seems to have changed. I have quark 4.0 shortcuts that I have modified.
I want to scale text by using Shift Ctl Alt and either . or , depending on whether I want to increase or decrease point size of text. But now when I try to use this shortcut it increases or decreases the text box and not the text.
What am I doing wrong?
