Knowlege based articles?
Several post responses refer to outlines covered in the "Knowledge Base Articles" but I am having trouble locating this data base. Can someone tell me the steps needed to view all of these articles? Thank you.

Re: Knowlege based articles?
Thanks Timothy,
No specific questions at the moment, it's just that when I get a minute I like to just scroll through and up "my" knowlege base. Take care.

Re: Knowlege based articles?
Timothy,
On your related message... I clicked on the Adobe Photoshop (as example) support and saw the top ten "issues" mentioned. Also down below I could click on tutorials which listed about six more How-to items. Is this pretty much the extent of the basic information supplied? Not complaining, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I frequent the forums and that's a great info area for me, but it's also useful to read through how-to concepts (as opposed to specific problem points that the forum usually gets into). Thanks for your help.

Re: Knowlege based articles?
Gordon,
The database is not in index form in that you can not just brouse through it via an alpha listing as you can with HELP. You have to ask a question and you'll get a list of items covering that list. The more broad the question, the broader that number of listings is. The more narrow questions, the smaller the list.
