KTML 4 -- Duplicated Content

Hi,

have a problem with KTML4, which is after creating an article with KTML4,
sometime later i need to update this article, after updating it sometimes the
content get's duplicated as the following.

1st section of the article has the new updated TEXT (article content), and the
2nd sections contains the TEXT before i updated it, it's kinda that KTML saves
2 copies of the KTML contnet, the problem doesn't happen everytime, if anyone
found a solution for this, then please HELP ME !

Actually we should look at every piece of relevant code,
does it only happen with certain content/browsers/procedures?
