Language changes
INDCS2 I'm having a problem with the language flipping out of English to almost anything else. I place my text, and when I look at the bar, it shows the language is German, Swiss, French, etc. It just keeps changing all the time. I have the preferences set for US English without any files open. I keep changing the settings at the bottom when I catch them. Any ideas? It makes spell check impossible.

It's probably coming with languages assigned there. Try copying and pasting everything as unformatted text to a new Word file and place than one?
