    Default Laptop Buzzing Sound

I've been having a buzzing sound coming from my laptop when I have flash.ocx,
activeX control, enabled. Regardless of what website I go to that has some
type of flash video/image, I get a buzzing sound coming from my laptop. I
believe the buzzing sound is coming from the videocard. When I disable
flash.ocx the buzzing sound goes away on all the websites. Does anybody know
    what is going on?

Here are my specs for the laptop:
    Dell Inspiron 4100
    Pentium III-M 1.2 GHz
    Geforce2 Go 200 32MB RAM Videocard
    Windows XP Service Pack 2
    Internet Explorer 6

\That is unbelievably wierd. Are you thinking that it's not actual
audio? Some kind of feedback? Or does it seem to be some type of legit
    audio feedback?

What happens if you install FireFox or Netscape and the Flash Player
PLUGIN for those browsers? Do they do the same thing?

    Ok.
I downloaded netscape along with the flash player for that web browser.
I noticed that the buzzing sound is present also but at a lower volume
    (frequency?).
It does not actual audio or feedback.
It is coming from my videocard in the laptop.
I've actually searched the dell website forums and other laptop owners are
having the same problem with websites that have flash videos/images.

    Any other thoughts?

were mentioning discussed (but there were a lot of posts..) Do you have
any message ID's I could look at?
