Latest Contribute files not downloading to Dreamweaver

I am the administrator of my first contribute site. We have gotten
everything to work until now. I needed to make changes to my template, I did
it and said to change all pages associated with it. When the pages checked
out to me the changes the client had done on the pages did not download to
my dreamweaver. The changes are on the website when I browse to it and they
are also there when I open the site in Contribute. I had the server window
and my computer window side by side in and tried to download the index page
into Dreamweaver and it was still blank.

Impossible to get answers from adobe - frustration!!!

Did you already try a synchronize for the site form within Dreamweaver?
