Default Latest update (3.01) is causing the program to crash.

Is it just me or is the update for Indesign CS causing the program to crash when certain functions as used? I tried it on two computers...one really powerful...but I get the same result.

For example, when I resize an image using the "free transform tool" it crashes.

Do I just need to change a setting or is this a bigger problem.

Just curious; where did you get your ID from? If you don't mind me asking.

Anyone using the beta is most likely doing so illegally.

While I have no direct experience with this particular beta, it is SOP that beta users discontinue use of the software after the retail version hits the streets. This is done either through a license agreement or by a programmed kill date in the software.

It seems odd that so many flaunt their use of pirated software on the publisher's site.

It is flat out silly. You are right about the dates and such. You have to sign an NDA agreement, when the beta release is over, you get instructions on how to take care of things from there, and that is all I can say about that.

Piracy is particularly rife outside of the US. I'd be curious to find out how many of such posts come from overseas.

People, just because one can seemingly get away with stealing, doesn't mean one should do so.

If I could steal your car without you finding me, should I do so?
