Launching Explorer 5.1.7 crashes my system - Mac Networking

    If you have Disk Warrior, run it. If you don't give Disk First Aid a
    try.

    I had the same problem two weeks ago, that is, Internet Explorer
    crashing my system (9.1) at every launch causing the need to reboot.
    Fortunately I found that " IE Favorites" in Explorer's preference file
    caused the problem. I removed it and replaced it with a back up copy of
    it I had made a month earlier and all worked fine since then.
