    Ron either cut and paste this code between the head tags of your pages
    code or take the style .redstripe and insert it into your existing style
    sheet.

    Merge the cells in the second row of your existing table to become one
    and then apply the class to the td cell.

    <style type="text/css">
    ..redstripe {
    background-attachment: fixed;
    background-image: url(/images/topgnd.jpg);
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    font-size: 12px;
    color: #000000;
    }
    </style>
