layers and buttons

Hey everyone!
Im new to all this so please bare with me.
I browsed the forum and couldnt really find what I needed so here goes.
Im working ona database driven php website where I have a page with mutiple
layers
staked ontop of each ohter (not nested). I have a menu on the right side that
has 3 buttons. I want a specific layer to be laoded on run time wich is no
problem, but once I click a button on the right hand side, I want the standard
layer hidden and the appropriate layer displayed instead.
Ive tryed bahviours etc, and I guess its all in those little things, but I
cant get it to work.

Any help and guidance is appreciated.

Show-Hide Layer didn't work for you to hide the start layer and show the
desired layer?

I basic it works. But im trying to assign show / hide different layers when I
click a button. And thats when its not working.

So for exmaple: I click button A. Then the start layer will be hiding and
another layer will show up. Then I click button B and the start or what layer
is active will hide and another layer will show up.

Hiding the layers with setting the property in dreamweaver is no problem. Its
when I try and do a behaviour on a button to affect the layers I cant get it to
work.

Select Button1. Apply a Show-Hide to Show Layer1, and hide all the rest of
the layers.

Select Button2. Apply a Show-Hide to Show Layer2, and hide all the rest of
the layers.
