    Default layers positioning problems

I have problems to control my layers(sub navigation) at a fixed position (right
below main navigation) when my website/tabel is aligned center on the page.
Everytime I resize my window, my sub navigation are jumping somewhere else. Are
there anything I can do in DW that can fix the problems? Weblink attached.

    Thanks in advance.

thanks for your reply, Murray *ACE*

i looked at your "layerlaws" website. i think i have done everything
correctly, no nested layers, layers are not in table, no handlers in layers...
i'd like to learn more about #4 under "the laws" on your website. you've
mentioned, "It is possible to solve this problem but not without using more
    advanced CSS methods."

    thanks again.

Hi, I currently learning to solve this issue as well and will need to research item #4 on that list too. Have you had any success? I will keep you posted on my progress too.

    Thanks, Teejay
