Layers - Scroll feature in auto mode - Macromedia Dreamweaver

once you have set the layer properties, size, location etc, and the layer fills out with text, you have an option to either set to scroll, or auto etc. Does anyone know how I can replace the de facto scroll bar and arrows at the top and bottom of the layer??? I want to do away with the "conventional" windows scroller and arrow and use my own1~!!!!...

    Then don't use the scroll feature of a layer. It's not cross browser and not
    very pretty, in my opinion. Create a DHTML scroller of your own.

    At [url]www.projectseven.com[/url] there is one called GeeWizz that is worth the money if
    you don't know how to create one on your own. Or there are 2 free extensions at
    PVII as well (look under extensions for horizontal scroller and vertical
    scroller).

    Here are a couple examples of scrollers I've made myself just using DHTML:
