Default Layers to Appear as Centered

:confused;
Greetings,
I am working on a web site- I have the skeleton up at www.aquariusstar.com .
When I looked at the page on a friends computer, everything is off to the left,
and the background repeats on the right. On my computer everything is centered.
I am using dreamweaver with Layers (not tables). EXAMPLE: <div id="Layer3"
style="position:absolute; width:81px; height:74px; z-index:2; left: 337px; top:
36px; visibility: visible;"><img src="aquariustar1.jpg" width="82"
height="76"></div>
Any help would be much appriciated!!!
