learning site & access 97
Hi folks, don't know if this is a newby error or not (I am from a director
background)
I am testing a short quiz built using learning site (local testing on IIS)
However, periodically, I get a database error saying record can't be written.
There is an ms knowledgebase http://support.microsoft.com/kb/253604 saying
that access 97 can't talk to asp.
Is this a show stopper ? - I am on IIS 5.1
thanks

Re: learning site & access 97
the KB doesn't match your error description but it does have a resolution for
the error it describes.
the record can't be written error may have to do with the way the database is
set up, what's the table structure?

Re: learning site & access 97
Hi spacecase, the table structure is the learning site "straight out of the box". I'll dig around and post back with the details
