Left indent affecting right indent in TOC

Hi. I'm an ID newbie, and I've created a TOC. I'm OK with picking up the styles in the doc (there are only 2 I need to use).

The problem is that when I set up the Paragraph Style for TOC 2 (a sub-section of the main section heading), and I specify a left indent, the numbering is indented from the right as well.

Looks the same as if I had on "first-line indent"

The numbers are all jagged.

I've tried everything I could think of.

This is a bug in ID (has been since 2.0). You can solve it by replacing the "Right indent tab" in the TOC with a normal tab, and setting a right-aligning tab stop in the right margin.

I got it. That's exactly what I ended up doing.

It would be nice if that was fixed.

I was having the exact same problem and yes it fixes it but everytime I go Update TOC I have to replace the Right Justified tab. Am I doing something wrong?
