I think this was a bug in Photoshop 7. Possibly fixed in 7.0.1. If it wasn't fixed, you can modify the Default New Doc Sizes.txt file to correct the dimensions.

the file is located in the Photoshop application package. Control-click and choose Show Package Contents.

Nope it was fixed in 7.0.1.

I ran the updater and all is well. Unfortunately I do web work, not much print at all so I made a bet with another web person that is was 11x14 because I have never really paid attention and why would my photoshop lie?

Well needless to say I lost the bet, I wonder if adobe will cover the 16oz Pepsi I just had to fork over?

    Thanks guys.

    Carl,

That Pepsi is the best investment you ever made if it alerted you to the 7.0.1 update.
