Default Legitimate mails falling into Junk folder of Hotmail

ASP generated e-mails are getting into junk folder of hotmail. I have
checked everything on my end like SPF, Reverse DNS lookup, etc. I am
not getting any suitable response when I fill up the web form in msn
postmaster. But that is the only support they are having and that too
very bad. Anybody have any solution for this?

I guess you are using CDONTS or CDO message component to send out
    emails...
    >From my recent experience I believe most major ISPs have adopted new
technologies to filter "spams" generating by components. (yes, I know
we don't think of our emails as spam). The new technology even dont
let emails fall into receivers' spam folders; it would just delete in
their server side. The customer cannot receive anything and therefore
    complain to us.

Unfortunately there's no solution on the "technology" side. Even if
you try to contact them, you wont get any response.
But, there's something called "white list" and it costs $$$...
