I have created a text based sub-menu utilized on many different pages using
dreamweaver library items. I would like to use Contribute 3 to allow users to
update these links and have the updates appear on every page. Is this
possible? I see conflicting and confusing responses to this question. Seems
like a logical thing to have happen but I can not see if the functionality
currently exists or not.
