For some reason I'm receiving the following error messages in my cfserver.log:

01/24 09:25:20 error IP license restriction is in effect. Can only accept
connection from either localhost or five IP addresses, attempted from
192.168.1.98. Previous accesses were from [ {137.197.239.18} {10.24.5.170}
{137.197.239.158} {137.197.239.80} {192.198.54.91} ].

If your IP is not one of the ips listed then listed then you get the following
when you try to access a page on the server :

Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request.
JRun closed connection.

When I could get into the coldfusion administrator it says I have a valid
license key which I do (5 to be exact only 4 of which are in use).
Here's what it says in the cf administrator:

I've seen on old posts that you have to reinstall the product which is not an
option.

There's got to be a way to correct the problem other than a reinstall.
