Hi,

I posted this in the administration Forum with no responses so I am hoping you
can help me here.

I have a client who needs to transfer their Contribute 2 License from one
computer to another. She removed the license from the first computer, installed
Contribute 2 on the second computer and went to enter the license and gets a
red X and can't install the license.

Now here is where it gets weird.

I opened my Contribute, uninstalled my license, opened the window that allows
you to add the new license, copy and pasted her numbers OVER my numbers and got
a green check. However, when I deleted the numbers, and typed in her numbers I
got a red X.

Then the weirdest thing, when I went to retype my license number I got a red
X! When I hit the back button and went forward again, my original numbers
appear with a green check? we both have checked the numbers and they just don't
work?

This has been an issue for over 2 weeks now and I am completely at a loss.
