    Default Line spacing changes

    Contribute 3 has started changing the line spacing when I paste/insert from MS
    Word.
    Some parts of documents retain the single line spacing while others become
    double.
    When I try to edit the copy a double line space is put in whenever I hit the
    return key
    - whereas previously it was single.

    Default Re: Line spacing changes

    The administrator can set an option for paragraph spacing under the
    "General editing restrictions" section. If you choose the first option
    "One line, as in standard word processors" it will copy it just like
    you want and pressing enter will insert only one line. Setting it to
    "Two lines, as in web page editors" (which is probably what you have
    set) will do as you describe, adding two lines when you hit enter.
