I don't know what you mean with links and all that, but it sounds like
you'll want to use an if-then or select case.

If TheSelectionOption = TheValueOfYourCradioButton Then
TheExtraTextThatTheUserEntered = Request.Form("memo10")
End If

But what is it that you're doing? Inserting into the DB? Selecting from
it? Just set your values (or retreive) based on what the selection was,
like if it's C, then you need to select/insert/update the "memo10" data.
