Link in navigation bar

Hi all!
I started to work with macromedia dreamwaver about 1 week ago. I need your
help please.
I one of my web pages i have a navigation bar with 7 buttons and i want to
insert for each button a link but to open in the same page where i have the
navigation bar. Can somebody tell me how?

That's the normal process. Links open in the same page as the linking page.

Or do you mean you want to click on the link and have only the contents
change?

Or what do you mean?

i want to be displayed like in [url]www.download.com[/url]. You can see if i press on one of the categories the software is displayed in the same page not in anonther page.

Well, unless you are looking at something different than I am, that is not
what is happening -

There's a link to a new page just like all the rest of the links on that
page.
