Link XML (PDM syst) to PDF 3D
Hi,
Is it possible to take an XML file extracted from PDM system (Product Data management in CAD,CAM)and link it to PDF 3D model (which is converted from a native CAD format ),in order to keep and preserve product data information (versionning ,config management etc.)

It's certainly possible - the PDF has rich metadata facilities.

For the type of work yo uare looking it, you'll need to use C/C++ to build an Acrobat plugin.
