Linking Ap-Divs ? Newbie needs assistance - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

My test site is at http://www.tcgraphicsandpaint.com/test.html - I started adding links and want the gallery button to bring me to the gallery page in which it does but i want it to be inside the body of my site so i dont have to load the header and nav every time I go to a new page- instead it brings me to a whole new page. I pretty much setup the site with ap divs. Do i need to add something special in the body so that it knows the gallery page is supposed to change within the body? Sorry ...

Forget it. Link one page to the next - that's the way the web works. If
your pages are built with reasonable graphic weight, they will load so fast
that you'll never see those elements refresh. Target nothing more than ~65K
total page weight (incuding all graphics) and you'll be fine. If you are
worried about having a navigation element on each page to maintain, then
investigate using a DW Template for your pages, or better yet, server-side
includes (use DW's F1 help to read about both).

Soon you will learn how dangerous and unsatisfactory it is to "...pretty
much setup the site with ap divs". Post back when you do.
