Default Linking to a zip file

http://www.troublexl.com//warcraft/shadowsreturn_main.html

The link to the zip folder on the page above should prompt a download, which
it does. But, it downloads an empty folder, which no files inside.

The zipped file on the live server seems fine, since when I double-click on it
from the file manager on the server, it starts a succesful download.

All I did was I created the zipped file with an evaluation version of winzip
and uploaded it to the server, did I miss a step?

All I can say is check your path.
It's kind of odd you have two / in the link to your site...

Capitolization matters too.

Default Re: Linking to a zip file

Actually, I've changed paths, I've tried to switch the zip file to an excel
file, and the excel file returns empty also. All I do is select the action text
and point the link to the file I want. So, dreamweaver "fills in" the
appropriate link.

Could it be something with permissions, or something like that? I don't really
know what would prevent a visitor from downloading the actual document/file and
not simply the shell of it.
