Linking to specific pages within a document
Hi
I am creating a CDRom using dreamweaver and linking to acrobat files which open in internet explorer. All files (xhtml pages, acrobat documents etc) are stored in a directory on the cd.
The problem is I wish to link into specific pages within documents (using the document_name.pdf#page=3 command). This works fine when linking to a web document with a <http://> prefix, but will not work when using a local route (eg. V:/foldername/foldername/document_name.pdf#page=3 etc).
Can anyone help? Will the #page= command only work for webbased documents?
Thanks
Matt

Re: Linking to specific pages within a document
Yes, it only works for web based documents. For browser use, I know of
no alternatives.
