Links/Bookmarks in 6.0 - setting destinations
I know it's been listed here before, but are there any methods or best practices for setting the destination of a link or bookmark when you don't know the page number beforehand? In previous versions, the destination dialog was somewhat non-modal, meaning that you could click on the page buttons, bookmarks, or other links, and locate where the link or bookmark should go to.
Having to know the page number, or create a named destination beforehand is much more difficult and time consuming. This ability to navigate through the document during destination selection was present in previous versions -- why remove it?
Suggestions to make this better:
* Allow navigation, perhaps with a different button on the properties dialog, so that you're sure you're picking a destination.
* Easy ways to create named destinations, perhaps naming them after every bookmark, or a whole bookmark tree.
Any other ideas?
