First I'd like to say that I hope the next installment of "Fun With
Fireworks" happens soon- I always love the great challenge in creativity and
learning that comes from this!

OK. In an effort to help someone achieve a background texture I dredged up a
fun little thingamabob.

Creating backgrounds using strokes!

Here's my contribution:

It's essentially three rectangles with a large stroke in "Paint Splatter",
varying opacity settings on each.
