Loading a page within a page

I have recently taken on a project at work and was wondering if someone has the
right answer for me. Or where I can find a solution.

In the project I have to create a contact page with 33 different magazine
names on it. What I want to happen is when you click on the magazine name it
loads and html page within the html page. I don?t want to use frames or server
side.

Anyone have a solution
