loading director files into a director file?

Hi

I made 2 games in director and I'd like to have something like a menu to
choose betweeen the 2 games so i was wondering if there was a way of loading
external director file into a director projector which would hold the menu.
And then when the game is over unload the game to go back the menu. A bit
like it is done with Flash. Could you provide some code?

Use the go to movie command ?
I find it odd that you have created games in director but do not know
the basics...
