Loading old site..

Is there any way to load an existing site, full HTML with some javascript, into
Dreamweaver? I want to be able to just update the site with Dreamweaver instead
of usinmg just the regular code, to make it easier. If this is possible, how
would I go about doing it (I'm a beginner with dreamweaver so I need the basics
:)) Thank you!

just create a new site pointing Local folder to the root folder of your
old site
