    Default Local site?

    Hi

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to store copies of web files locally that
are published using Contribute? Im concerned that if my website host severs
crash I will not have a up to date copy of the site.

    Thanks

No. Contribute does not act like a "data backup Product" for your
    websites hosted on external servers.

You may want to write a small perl script to connect to your ftp server
and download a copy of the entire live website to a local server. You
may want to schedule this task in your windows scheduler and have a
daily copy of your live website created with a date stamp.
