    Default localization

    Hi

I would like to make some of my director projects available in a number of
languages, including Lithuanian which I believe uses unicode text. I intend to
use xml documents for the various language versions. Am I right in thinking
that director cannot display the text correctly if the language requires
unicode characters? Does embeding the fonts have any effect and would the
problem occur on local language computers or just on those outside the region?

If anyone has any advice or has experienced the same issues, I would be
    grateful for some feedback.

    Default Localization

    Hi,

I am trying to create a plugin in several languages, and the dreamweaver
documentation says about localization, that an xml file should be used for the
js code, and for HTML the entire site should be translated.
I do not really like this idea, since I do not want to have all the html tags
    redundant.

Unfortunately, the document.write function doesnt work, so I cant write the
strings from the xml file into HTML via JS.
Does anyone have ideas or best practices for multi language plugins?

    Best regards
    David
