Location "include" for kernel in RH9 - Linux Setup, Configuration & Administration

Hi, I'm trying to build a modem driver for RH9 on my IBM A31p laptop. I tried to use the /usr/include but the make did not work. RH9 does not have a /usr/src/linux/include or similar. Does anyone know where the RH9 kernel include files are? Thanks, David...

Default Location "include" for kernel in RH9

    Hi,
I'm trying to build a modem driver for RH9 on my IBM A31p laptop.

I tried to use the /usr/include but the make did not work.

RH9 does not have a /usr/src/linux/include or similar. Does anyone know
where the RH9 kernel include files are?

    Thanks,
    David

This is probably the problem, but besides this,
use /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/include to build kernel modules
    (for the currently running kernel)

Thank you. I've downloaded the source and installed it. That did the
    trick.
