Regarding this nasty error that no one seems to have a good solution
to:

"Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a
template or a translator. The change will be discarded."

DW MX 6.1

It's taking us an unusual amount of effort to find this one, but when
we remove the date stamp code below (from an UNEDITABLE region):

<!-- #BeginDate format:IS1 -->2003-07-11<!-- #EndDate -->

....the error message above no longer appears!!

We can't seem to find any way around this since our template validates
correctly, and this date code is valid for MX 6.1.

We only have experienced this error since upgrading to 6.1.

Any comments???
