"Logon As" options for CF in Win 2003 server
In order to get the CFFile's rename attribute to work, I need to specify that
the Cold Fusion Application Server Service logon as a user other than the Local
System. Can anyone tell me what permissions or local policies the user needs
to have?

It just has to have write access to the directories / files you're working with.
