I always have to compress some images of roughly 300k to under 200k. I don't care if it's slided for I just need part of it. And when I get that part and enlarge it, as we know, that part looks awkward. Is there any solution to this problem though photoshop?

I don't understand what it is you're asking. What do you mean by "slided"?
