Default looking for a snow covered extension

Hi all, I used to have an extension (I think it was in the filters menu)
that put snow on text, or anything else!
but I forgot to re-install it when I changed computer - I've searched the
    fireworks extensions @ MM.com
without success, anyone know where I can download it again. TIA
