Looking for article manager component

I'm looking for an asp ready to use/implement component
for publishing newsarticles. Have looked at many, but not
found one that I feel is good enough yet affordable. :-)

"les mer" means "read more (full story)". The text after is
category name. Image support is a must, image upload is
preferred but not essential.

Free is better, but affordable for private person is OK. :-)
