Looking for PageMaker Build Booklet Plug-in

We are in need of using the Build booklet plug-in that used to be available in PageMaker 7.0. What is the replacement in InDesign?

You can get the PageMaker Plug-In Pack for about $50. It comes with InBooklet SE, which is much better than PageMaker's Build Booklet feature.
