Looking for the folders list - Macromedia Contribute General Discussion

Hello all, I'm trying to find out how to access a folder, for which I have persmission, so that I can drop a PDF in thee to connect to the page. It is only possible to browse to pages that you can edit or can you actually see what's inside the folders? How does one go about doing this . . . This is all new to me, please someone help!! Thanks in advance...

Edit the page you want the link on.

Select the text you want linked.

Create a link to a file on your computer (and select the PDF)

Publish the page you just edited. The PDF will get published alongside
it (or in a specified folder, depending on how you configure it.)

Contribute tries to simplify things. Sometimes it succeeds.

Does Contribute 4 allow for upload of PDF or other doents from my PC to a
"specific" folder or directory? In past versions, all doents uploads were
defaulted to a "Doents" folder. I have different folders, "PDF", for
archiving of past PDFs and I want to be able to create a link, and upload the
linked PDF to the "PDF" folder, not "Doents". Has this issue been resolved,
and if so, how do I do this procedure?

    Thank you,
    Andy
