Loop through

This is a more simple explination for my last post - hope you can help.

When a new retailer is inserted, i need the userid to populate the userid
filed in the products table for all products.
I guess this must use a loop but i don't know how to acheive it.

Still stuck on this one.
When i create a new account for a retailer, i need to assign the Userid to
all of the prices in the price table. This would then allow them to update
their own prices. All prices have a default value of £0

Any ideas please?

Their are some 400 products which may increase or decrease. How would this
be writen?
