lorem and more for DW 8

Used JFace's Lorem and More extension with DW MX 2004 with no trouble, but in
DW 8 although it seems to install properly, when I try to use it, there's no
OK or Create button to actually generate the Lorem Ipsum text.

Can anyone help?

It seems to work fine if you select it from the Insert toolbar (it is listed on the 'Common' tab). The menu item, for some reason, does not provide the 'OK' and 'Cancel' buttons.
